Softies Ice Cream - Dover

The soft serve here has a delicious frozen custard flavor, making it the best ice cream in the area. Their creamy chicken sandwiches are fantastic, and the tables and trees in the back create a lovely atmosphere. I’ve been coming to Softies since I was young, and the only issue I’ve ever encountered is waiting in line—but I can't fault others for loving it as much as I do! Lol. P.S. I highly recommend trying the plain soft serve twist. It's just pure, simple goodness.

This is a classic old-fashioned ice cream stand with a wide variety of menu options at very affordable prices. The staff was quick and polite during both of my visits. I highly recommend their limited edition lemon cheesecake bar ice cream—it was so delicious that I had it twice before I remembered to take a picture! Next time I go, I’ll be sure to snap a photo to share.

Great place to get ice cream. The workers are always friendly. They have a nice area with picnic tables and benches to eat at behind the store.

Awesome local place for ice cream and other cold snacks. They also have a limited snack menu, hotdog, coney etc.
