Made reservations for for a special ocasión for me and my husband. We weren’t sat til . We were asked for our drinks food at It then turn to where no cook was showing up which to me is outrageous a horrible experience ever. Me and my husband asked to leave go eat fast food take out at because Benihana ruin the whole entire night. Will never be como here again also canceling the upcoming business meal I had also previously scheduled. Don’t recommend, this was on a Wednesday night I can only imagine a Weeknd.

We arrived in minutes early, but just before our group. we could sit until each pro manager dame arrived with goggles. Finally our late party arrives tired down min later, the additional late party came minutes after we sat but per one manager, glasses lady manager, they could not sit with our group anymore. We didn't order or receive our drinks. the second manager a man, allowed the deceased guest to sit in our group of very understand secondary manager. we sat for hours for our food to cook. had to look for our waiters for objects or services. not what I expected and the price I paid. I prefer tokyo hibachi, the treatment is more at home like. I will not visit benihana again.

That was waiting long to be sitting and the cooking table was not working - we had to change the table while we have suppensalat.

We were seated immediately only to sit at our tables for one hour before we were asked what we wanted to drink. The servers were really nice but hardly checked on us and it took hours for our food to be served. Appetizers and refills came out extremely late, so not sure I’ll be going back.

There was a shortage of chefs. I made reservations at I was seated at and my chef did not become available until It was not a very pleasant experience
