Stay away from their bacon buttery jack, it tastes awful, like eating a dried out weird tasting sponge of a burger. cant believe i paid all that to have it doordashed and have it taste this s ty. couldnt even finish it

The onion rings were overcooked, and I received the wrong order. I had ordered the chicken sourdough combo but got a beef sandwich instead.

The food tastes like it came straight out of the microwave. The employees serve whatever they feel like, and when you point it out, they either ignore you or respond with attitude. For example, I ordered a combo for my daughter and a small coffee. When I got to the window, the total seemed higher than I expected. Upon inquiring, I realized they had given me a large coffee instead of the small I requested. The employee explained the prices, but when I told her I didn't want a large coffee, she just ignored me. After I received my order, I mentioned the issue again, and she casually asked if I wanted her to change the cup. I declined because I wanted what I originally ordered and honestly felt uneasy about her handling my coffee. Who wants a large coffee from Jack in the Box anyway? Their coffee is terrible—like colored water! The only redeeming quality of this location is its convenience. Everything else falls short in terms of quality and service.
