Mimi's Donuts - Downey

This place is truly remarkable, as the name isn't even displayed upfront. There’s nothing quirky or gimmicky about the donuts here; they are simply outstanding. I tried a chocolate long john, and it was loaded with delicious chocolate, plus the donut itself was incredibly soft. I also enjoyed some glazed donut holes, which were equally delightful. For just $6, I got two long johns, a dozen donut holes, and a freshly roasted bagel with cream cheese. Everything was fresh and tasted great!

Frau Kim was incredibly friendly and professional. The space was clean and inviting, making it a pleasant spot to purchase lottery tickets. They also offer delicious donuts and sandwiches!

Google lists their closing time as 8 PM, but I've tried going there a couple of times around 7 PM and found them closed. I just walked by again ten minutes ago, and they were shut. They really need to update their store hours.

I absolutely love ham and cheese croissants; they look amazing and taste even better. On a cold day, I also enjoy having warm coffee.

The elderly Asian woman was extremely rude! Her manners were appalling, as if we were asking for something for free. I won't be returning.
