Primo Pizza - Dracut

I requested a discount due to their mistake, but the person on the phone was unhelpful. When I finally spoke to the owner, I explained that I didn’t want a cold pizza and was unwilling to pay $25 for one. I asked him to charge my credit card for the pizza, and he abruptly hung up after yelling at me, clearly annoyed that he had made a mistake. I felt bad for the driver, who seemed upset about the mix-up and the poor handling of the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this business; their service and customer respect are entirely lacking.
