Costa Vida - Draper

Nice clean location only reason I’d do four stars I got chips and salsa and did not receive the salsa. I asked for the salsa from the service girl and she said that she would not bromide she gave me one already. I’m sure she confused me with some one else because I didn’t get the container. There was a back and forth battle for the salsa which seamed so ridiculous. I know they need to make money but this was a bit much.

So this was not my best Costa Vida experience. I mean it was still good and all, but we had a free kids meal and still wound up being charged for it. Plus they totally skimped on the meat and it was so difficult to find the food we ordered online.

Got a pork burrito and they barely put any meat in it like literally no meat. It was just rice and beans. I went to talk to the employee upfront and brought the food to show him and he just argued with me and eventually gave me the smallest amount of meat. Worst customer service and definitely not worth the price.

I love Costa Vida. Came to this location today and got two tacos. There was literally NO meat on them. Maybe a bite full. Very disappointed. And they had no water. They only had carbonated water. Who doesn’t have regular water?

This place used to be really good, with generous portions. Something has changed recently. The burrito has maybe 3 or 4 oz. of meat. The chips and queso now come with a cup of queso literally half the size it used to be. Bottom line, you are now getting half the portions for the same price. Good bye Costa Vida. You just lost a regular customer.
