Good service and good quality of Turkish cuisine in a well Turkish decorated restaurant. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. If offers are available, they will tell you a D, they are very flexible in their menu.

The restaurant is beautiful, It makes You feel you are in Turkey, the service is slow and the food is not just good. in front of Talise Spa at the hotel.

Great food,, I suggest you try the items you will not normally find at an ordinary Turkish restaurant in a mall.....

Our entire visit was utterly dissapointing! In addition to the poor service, the servers never replaced the dirty spoons and forks at our table. We had to shout for them everytime! We were sorrounded by filthy tables by the end of the night. The staff is clearly untrained. Lalezar has a good atmosphere and decent food. If only they could improve the service and hire a professional team, it would be worth a visit!

Although the restaurant was advertised as a fine dining restaurant. The dress code is not enforced, there was a man dining in shorts, there were kids running around screaming. I have been to regular restaurants that we're more elegant than this spot. The food was good, but I had the misfortune of spending my anniversary in an extremely casual restaurant when I intended to have a fine dining experience. We we're by far the most over dressed people at the time and felt awkwardly out of place.
