Kfc - Dublin

Disaster!! Don’t go to Kfc next to northside shopping centre! They serve cold food, let you wait for 5 minutes to order something in an empty restaurant and another 20 to get your order with mistakes, cold burgers , cold fries, cold sandwich, cold corn etc..and without cutlery. If you complain they just ignore! It’s not a service!!! -5 star wouldn’t be enough to describe that! KFC management wake up!!! Kids still hungry and I explode!!!

If you like KFC you can enjoy it. I see all the bad reviews are because the toilets, I can't tell anything because I didn't use. I only can say something about the food and service and they were ok, the chicken was like other places and the service was quick as usual, they also have order machines so if you need to think about what can you order you can use and don't disturb the lines.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Omg what a hideous bit of chicken. The texture was of nothing we’ve eaten before. And to make it worse was the state of the toilets. And the guy who just served us, then went bucket in hand and no protective clothing to clean the toilets. Not quite sure which bit he cleaned, but It definitely wasn’t obvious amongst the odorous swamp like loos! MY PARTNER HAS BEEN ILL ALL DAY FOLLOWING THIS LAST NIGHT Remove the food hygiene rating if they have one!

Called in here for a quick bite to eat! Went to the toilets to find only one cubicle in use and it was vile!! I went to the counter to ask a member of staff to clean them so I could use them, I had to ask three times and they clearly had a discussion about who would do them before someone reluctantly went! Had I have not been stood there they wouldn’t have gone at all! When I did go back to the toilets, they were little improved!!! Hygiene here is terrible, dread to think what the kitchen is like and for a chain restaurant they should be ashamed of themselves! I must also state this was during a quiet mid afternoon and there were only around 12 people eating so was not busy, prime opportunity to clean up a little!

Although the food was ok the toilets were appalling the staff when told were disinterested and unsympathetic Almost like they didn't even care All in all a terrible experience definitely worth repeating
