Mad Egg - Dublin

The best chicken burgers in Dublin. Incredible taste, quick and nice service and well located.

I made Mad Egg my first stop in Dublin (after checking in to the hotel, of course), and it did not disappoint. I had seen Mad Egg on TopJaw 's guide to Dublin on YouTube and decided to pay it a visit, having heard of their fried chicken that 's infused with tea brine. I 'm not sure if the tea brine applied to my order, but it was phenomenal. I went with The Goat, Crack Fries, and the Mad Yolk pale ale. The chicken was incredibly crispy, and the portion sizes were huge. Overall, I 'm very happy that I came. And (since I 'm still at my table) I may just order dessert.

Best chicken I have ever eat! After 4 years on chicken meat production, visiting 6+ countries to just taste their chickens, cooking and most importantly discovering their marinating method I was shocked that I found most delicious one on mad egg so far (randomly). I visited place with my friend to have a regular lunch, we preferred the wild thing and honeybutter one also took sides. After tasting chicken, to be sure I asked our awesome waitress Tanja Is that really chicken breast? How chicken breast can be that soft and well marinated? I was amazed their method for marination. After learning this I messaged my ex-boss about it because its also so creative . Food was excellent, do not go for regular fries, prefer their tenders as side. Dessert was delicious but obviously chicken got the best place. I really like the wild thing which was so delicious. Prices are very good for burgers little bit expensive for fries however as overall this place with their burgers and smiling team; this places deserves full starts. Compliments to the chefs and recipe owner. Also clean bathrooms which I surprised me a lot. Thank you for awesome feast and hospitality.
