Baja Fresh - Dublin

The fish taco and shrimp taco were both excellent. They provided a side of Mango Salsa, which was delicious as well. I also ordered churros, but I was disappointed; they were too thick and didn't taste fresh. I prefer the churros from Pollo Loco, as they are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and well-cooked on the inside. My husband had the fajitas with carnitas, and he really enjoyed them. Overall, I liked the food, but I was left waiting for the churros to impress me.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and Maria, the manager, was exceptional. She was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I ordered the Mexicano Burrito with Carnitas and Shrimp, and it was one of the best burritos I've ever had at any Mexican restaurant. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Livermore!

The portions are generous, the food is fresh and delicious, and I absolutely love the mango salsa!
