Burger King - Dublin

They have someone at the window who speaks absolutely no ENGLISH.. he didn’t understand anything we were saying. Please hire Americans

Went to this bk for lunch the other day just expecting to get my food and go. Given I don’t normally eat at fast food restaurants, i wasn't expecting this visit to be one of the best fast food experiences I've had. The staff was super friendly and took the time to ask about my day, all the while taking my order. The young lady upfront, Jazmin, greeted me with a smile and even suggested one of their seasonal meals which I actually enjoyed. All the staff seem to actually enjoy their job and take their time building relationships and personalizing your order. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant over all the other burger kings in town.

Posting my Google review on here too:I've been to this location a couple times and I notice that the food is decent but service varies dramatically depending who's working. There's an older woman who I've had help me many times in the drive up window who had been very rude in the past but I've excused it since I work in the service industry too and figured she was having a rough night. Today just wasn't it. I came up to order and she said they didn't have what I wanted so I was looking to see what to get inside when she asks what kind I want and mentioned the flavors. I was surprised and answered. When I get to the window she asked me what I ordered and I let her know, she hands me my food and drink then slams the window in my face as I am asking for a straw for my drink and basically ran away. I waited for a good 10 seconds before driving off because she was no where to be seen. I've had previous bad experiences with her but the day team is usually much kinder. I read in older reviews she is actually the manager, so I plan to write a formal complaint to them since they are managed by an external company (there's a sign on the window). Girl, we're all tired. I get food here because I worked a long shift and just need to eat before work again. If you hate customer service, maybe try something else

Agree with others’ sentiments. Older lady who working the drive through is careless, inattentive, and slow. Food was decent though.

Perfect except the drink machine was pumping out water instead of flavored drinks?
