The burgers were definitely not fresh and tasted terrible. I found them disgusting, and I will never return to this place.

The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the manager wasn't much better. We requested a cover for our order of three separate paintings, and I had to insist multiple times before we received them. The manager even told me that we shouldn't speak to that person. When I raised my concerns, I was ignored and dismissed. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There are much better burger options in the city. Whatever they are paying their staff, it's too much.

To top it off, I never received the deal I was promised—just a $2.99 item added back onto my order that cost the same as what I had initially ordered. This place can occasionally provide good service, but they consistently struggle with mobile orders and deals, making my experience frustrating. If you're on the go, I recommend heading to the one on the interstate instead; it's usually better. Otherwise, just be prepared for regular issues with your order, and don’t expect them to understand how the app works, which used to function perfectly.

I received a wrong order and conditions that I requested were not included. I had to stop in a comfortable loading a number of 70 cent for honey scab sauce.
