Our son loved this place food is always great but the show is amazing 😊

We came to celebrate my son's birthday. They love the tricks at the teppenyaki grill. We brought a cake to have after dinner was served. The hostess didn't even take the cake we brought. We had to ask her to take it. The servers were rushing us. The teppenyaki chef, Andy, was in a hurry and just cooked the food without any tricks. We saw at near other tables near by the guest were laughing and clapping. My boys really missed out. This was the second time we had Andy as our chef. The first time he stopped in the middle of cooking to take a phone call. When we finished dinner they brought us the check without bringing out the cake we brought. So when we asked they brought out the cake, lit the candles, and sang happy birthday. Then they just left the cake on the table. They didn't cut it like most restaurants do. They didn't bring us a knife to cut the cake ourselves. We had to ask for it. We've going to this restaurant for five years and the experience we had these last two times we will NEVER return again.

Food and service was great. They know how to take care of kids !

Found a huge (definitely) bug in gomae half way through and was grossed out. They still charged us and no one seemed apologetic... Taste of food in general was fine though.
