Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

That was my second time here in so many years. my burger was warm when he came to me, but was not as hot as I would expect when freshly grilled. the burger of my wife was hot, so I thought mine was a ripper. the taste was really good, and as always the floorless drinks and side not disappointed. the waiting staff was very attentive without being overlaid. total good experience and burger.

The personal was good. I don't complain at all, but the burgers weren't very good. we have a party of 7 and 3 of us in our burgers. it used to be much better eating, but it's not because of the staff. very dissapointed. this was our way to the regular place on Saturday nights.

The garlic french fries were floating in garlic oil. They put the not -so-good hamburger on top so the burger was soaked. My hamburger tasted like a fast food burger, though it comes with a higher price.. I insisted they take the fries off our bill. They were only going to take one of the fries off, not both meals that had them. Any other restaurant would have taken the whole meal off. I will not be back.

Luckily we were there on vacation and will never go back again. Ordered a hamburger with ketchup and pickles only for my son. When the server delivered a cheeseburger I reminded her we ordered a hamburger. She apologized, said she 'd get a new one for us. When she brought the new hamburger back I took off the bun to add more ketchup and I could clearly see cheese still on the burger. They simply tried to scrape off the cheese instead of taking the 6 minutes to make a new one. Which 6 to 8 minutes was how long it took to get the old burger with scraped off cheese back. The manager came over with a new hamburger and apologized and gave us that meal for no charge and also said she would talk to her cooks. But I was still so annoyed that they tried to pull one off on us that I couldn 't even finish my own meal. I know good help is difficult to find in this day and age but that was ridiculous. Also the buns were dry and the steak fries were limp and cold. We had a better burgers and fries at a local mom and pop shop on our way home! We won 't be going back to any Red Robin after that mess. I will say the onion ring tower was good..... and my son enjoyed his shake. But that was it. So disappointing.

This place has incredible burgers! I really enjoyed the Southern Charm burger. I've heard it's best ordered without lettuce and mayo. Definitely try the garlic fries!Dine in: Yes
