We've been coming to the lions for 3 years at the end of the year for a child-free weekend from the nearby Göttingen. We don't need to drive far to have a bit of vacation - we have it almost right in front of the front door. Great rooms, incredibly nice staff, a small but very fine spa area, a fireplace for smokers, in which you feel like sitting on the Balmoral Castle in the men's club. In every corner in the house the view for detail. The food is exactly what I expect for a special romantic weekend. A glass in the cozy Chesterfield bar stools is nice before eating. Delicious wines and beer from the brewery in the basement! Here I am home ️
