Wing Lok - Dudley

This restaurant review is very negative. The customer usually orders from Just Eat without any issues. However, Wing Lok included their 10% discount leaflets in the delivered food from Just Eat, so the customer decided to order directly from Wing Lok that night. Unfortunately, after 2 and a half hours, the food still had not arrived and the customer couldn't reach Wing Lok on the phone. It's a shame because the food is usually good. The customer wants to cancel the order now, but is unable to get through to the restaurant. They were told the order would be ready in 10 minutes a long time ago, but it still hasn't arrived after almost 3 hours. The customer is now emailing the restaurant to resolve the issue.

I ordered food from this restaurant but they forgot a lot of items from my order. They told me to start eating what I had and wait for the rest of my order to arrive. It was awkward because one of the missing items was the rice.

I placed my food order at 7pm with an expected delivery time of 8pm. We waited until 8:50pm, and when I called to inquire about my order, they claimed that it was delayed due to windy weather (despite the calm and sunny conditions). They mentioned that my order had "blown over" and needed to be re-made, resulting in an additional half-hour wait. My food ultimately arrived over 2 hours late. Overall, a disappointing experience - I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

The best Chinese food that my family has tasted in such a long time,We normally buy locally to us but decided to venture to a different restaurant. Even the gluten free food was smashing, full of flavour Polite and friendly staff and quick delivery I will definitely be buying our food from this restaurant again

I had a mix meat fryed rice chicken beef pork, have 2 say It was the most disgusting Chinese I’ve ever had... my chicken an beef was slimy under cooked an taste like process meat, very pricey an gentleman who takes the order is very rude no customer service skill at all. I will never eat there again
