Bidra med feedbackEmbedded and received a nice welcome. Bread pasty and garlic butter for starters was good and decent size for two. Two pizzas were nice like a bottle of wine and coffee. Price for all that was 28 euros. We came in the early evening at 18:15... and it was quiet, but after about an hour later, the place was full in and out. Visit an early visit.
Cosy and authentic atmosphere, excellent homemade dishes. Do not miss the VITELLO TONNATO as starter and TARTUFO for dessert.
A small restaurant in a quiet part of the city was what we needed after ODing on the Christmas markets. That was perfect. An area with some interesting shops, a good supermarket and this place. We had a pizzen case and a pasta that was excellent and good. It was like a steady stream of locals who also dive for a bite, which is a good sign. Perfect service also. Thank you.
This is a small 30 seating capacity restaurant at a side street to Nord Strasse. Wherever you go, If you come in with a smile, you will always be greeted with a smile in return, for those who commented about the bad service. We've been...coming back here for years will still be coming back because they have the best seafood pasta scrumptious lasagna in town! I once left my wallet at the office but have already ordered our food, when I was about to cancel our order, the waiter recognized us said not to be silly! We can stop by another day to pay! Family friendly, good food for little money!
We visited on Saturday evening and were impressed, so we visited on Monday afternoon when the restaurant was doing a brisk trade always a good sign. The menu was simple Italian very tasty food well presented. Service was excellent, we would visit again if ever...in Dusseldorf. The only reason we are not giving it 5 stars is the size of the restaurant, while it may help the ambiance if half full, it would detract from the good experience we got if it was packed .
