Although I walked past Trans Asia many times during our visits to Düsseldorf we were never there around dinner time. Today I decided to plan for being there at the end of our visit. I was not disappointed at all. We all really enjoyed our noodle dishes. I had the beef with spicy hoisin sauce and my wife and son took the chicken with pineapple and sweet & sour sauce. Excellent dishes. The noodles very tasty and the meat nice and tender. The vegetables stir-fried but still with a nice bite. Well balanced sauce. We all really enjoyed it. And you get big bottles of soft drinks, not those small 0.2l bottles. So if you are in the neighborhood of Delikatessen at Carschhaus and you are hungry, you really should try Trans Asia!
