Bidra med feedbackThere was a woman named Monica who is supposedly the manager of the restaurant where I ordered Chicken Takiyaki. I also ordered fried rice and vegetables, but Monica grabbed some vegetables from the trash to serve to me. I asked her not to include the vegetables and she refused to replace them with something else. I was so disappointed with the way she treated me as a customer, especially since she is the manager. The restaurant should train their managers to provide better customer service.
I absolutely love this restaurant, which is located in the food court at Dulles Town Center mall. My favorite dish on the menu is the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with vegetables. The taste is consistently delicious, and the prices are very affordable.
I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but after three disappointing experiences in a span of a few weeks, I am now considering looking for a new Japanese restaurant. The rice in my bento box was overcooked and clumped together, making it difficult to distinguish individual grains. The chicken was undercooked and lacked the usual teriyaki flavor. The sauce used to seep into the rice and enhance the flavor, but now it seems they barely use any sauce on the chicken, leaving the dish dry. I had to use the salad dressing just to add some flavor. One of the dumplings was empty. The sushi was unevenly cut and fell apart easily. They did not provide soy sauce unless requested. They have switched suppliers to a lower quality brand with artificial coloring and weak, salty taste. The staff, with the exception of the manager, was friendly. The manager treated the staff poorly and made a mistake of charging a customer for a free item without providing a refund. I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant in the past and hope they can improve. It may be due to Covid budget constraints, but I will be avoiding this restaurant for the time being.
We have wrong order and insisted that we have made a mistake. no hot tee on the menu. eat tastes pretty good.
My family loves sarku japans chicken teriyaki and visited dallas mall location very often \nlastzeit, 2 days back, I noticed very less quantity huh and immediately increased my care. first, they didn't understand what I was talking about. later dame came out of the money counter and said quantity is correct. I asked for man and she said he was not there and will come tomorrow \nsie was reluctant to add more quantity. when I said that I will call cops, as this cheats them immediately offered me refund I don't like this behavior. my children were very hungry and waited for food. all this incident made them suffer and had to reduce on food from other business \n none side they increase the price and others end the amount. absolutely not fair and I stand against this kind of business tactics.
