Panera Bread - Duluth

They made my sandwich wrong so they made me another one that was half the size gave me a box to keep the wrong sandwich. I donated the sandwich to a random person on the side of the road. I appreciate that they didn't take the sandwich back and throw it away because I absolutely hate wasting food and feel horrible when people mess up my order and then food has to get wasted. Anyways only four stars because I got the pick two and the sandwich is already a half sandwich so the size of the bread I put it on top of the wrong sandwich and it was literally a quarter sandwich the one that they made as a remake for me. I don't eat that much so I don't really care but I feel like as a business model that's not a good idea considering how much it cost for a half sandwich especially when it became a quarter sandwich.

Great good, friendly staff. Corporate so if you've been to one, you know what to expect. With that said, they do a fantastic job at replicating the Panera brand.

I had the Greek salad and creamy tomato soup. It was excellent. Employees were all very courtious.

Chipotle chicken and avocado sandwich was the best.

Its a very welcoming and friendly place to eat. We need one in Hibbing, MN.
