Cafe Mafioso - Dumaguete City

I arrived at the restaurant towards the end of the busy lunch hour and was fortunate to snag a table. The service was exceptional and efficient. The interior was tastefully decorated and the establishment offered reliable WiFi. The food I ordered was decent, but not outstanding. I believe I may have chosen the wrong dish (pork chop). There was an excessive amount of sauce and the quality of the pork was subpar. Considering that pork is affordable in the Philippines, I feel that they could improve the quality. However, the flavor was satisfactory, and I am willing to give the restaurant another chance by trying a different dish.

The food is always served quickly at this restaurant, and my steak was surprisingly good for the price. However, my friends and partner became very ill after eating the chicken wings. Additionally, dishes like tuna seem to be reheated quickly, possibly in a microwave, though I can't say for certain. Unfortunately, due to my friends and partner getting sick on separate occasions, we no longer dine at this establishment.

Quiet location that allows you to talk to your date without hearing street noise. The menu was fun to order from, the staff was attentive, and the food was okay. My husband found the hamburger a bit sweet and messy to eat since it was a "Locked and loaded" burger. I sampled the shrimp and found it tasty! Overall, it was a nice dinner!

It had been a while since I last dined at Cafe Mafioso, but I decided to give it another shot last week. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had added more dishes to their menu. I ended up spending 200 pesos and left feeling full. I ordered the schnitzel and was impressed by the generous portion size, though I couldn't finish it all. Unfortunately, their popular mozzarella sticks were not available, so we opted for nachos instead. While they were not the best I've ever had, they were good enough for us to enjoy. Overall, Cafe Mafioso is a chill place with improved food options.
