Dong Juan - Dumaguete City

We're back after four years living overseas, wow theres a lot of changes going On because of the pandemic, first They renovate the front part of the building, expanding it, and the very big improvement for us was the car park, there's not much cars park and the motorbike at the front of the building those days that made the place look over crowded and now so much space no need to worry reversing into some one, changes also in the inside shops, food chain shops are now in one raw, which is good, social distancing was on going which makes it difficult dinning in as person only per table, I do enjoy shopping at this place now that not much people around not much noise, the super Market also not that crowded which is good, also easy to get out of the check out which is the slowest part when you going shopping in the Philippines.

Good to see the mall is expanding, there will be more shops to choose from.

This mall is kinda safe during the pandemic they spary your hands with good smell alcohol and the items are affordable.

More spacious and complete with all your needs and the most have a wide parking lot...

Visited the restaurant for the 2nd time because of a favorable experience during the 1st visit, both in terms of food quality and service. This 2nd time experience, however, was quite disappointing. The service was not as efficient for we had to wait for quite some time, around 30 minutes perhaps since we ordered our food. And I had to remind the waiters a number of time regarding our orders. Food industry has to exemplify quality service as well and sensitivity to the needs of the clients for them to have an experience of being truly welcomed and attended to. Dong Juan, I think, needs to improve on this.
