Bidra med feedbackWe bought a taco and beef quesadilla. Towards the end of the shell it tasted a little stale, the quesadilla was ok. We're order from a kiosk, but i didn't like that the receipt could only be emailed or texted and not printed so i didn't have to provide my personal information. Also the customer service was not great, no getting, the guy working there just threw our bagged order on the counter and they didn't provide the sauce we requested. I don't know if he was racist or just had bad manners.
It's taco bell, you can't expect much. Dining room was empty and extremely filthy. Employees were no where to be found. After my fix was ready, the guy sets it on the counter and walks off, no words said at all
The fountain soda machine wasn't working, there was some water at floor and nobody cleans it, wasn't available to pay with card because the system wasn't available.
I order online a lot. The online and store do not have communication at all! My order is always wrong and drinks just not being given. If a menu item is out of stock it doesn’t tell you and they charge you for it automatically. When you get to store they will give you a less value item and not refund remaining money. I think it’s a great service but needs to be updated and bugs fixed. Now about this particular location. They are always short staff, always mixing up the order and forgetting items. The employees there are nice for most part just don’t know what they are doing or not trained properly! I would stop going But when it’s the only Taco Bell within 1 hour away then you kinda don’t have a choice to go to a different one. Giving 2 star ONLY for niceness of employees.
This is the worst Taco Bell. Every order in the drive through is wrong and the burritos are like toothpicks. I watched them one time and the bean burrito did not even get a tablespoon of beans, no joke.
