Bidra med feedbackFood truck at Quantico's 4th of July Celebration. Despite my better judgement, I joined the line to purchase my granddaughter a meal, because she wanted chicken. After waiting in line for more than an hour, we were told they didn't have enough food to continue serving. The young lady who came out to inform customers was extremely rude! Their line was the slowest and longest of all vendor lines. They could not handle the volume of customers and should not participate in these types of events, if they are unprepared. How slow was the line? Slower than pond water!!! An absolute waste of time.
Delicious! I don't eat grits very often, but the shrimp and grits sounded like it would be a perfect option for dinner. The truck was very well organized and it only took a couple minutes before I could dig into the very generous helping I received. The grits were good and I loved the melted cheese. The chopped pepper garnish added a pretty splash of color on top of the shrimp. Thanks to Memaw's Table for supporting PWCS educators at the PWEA event with your excellent food. I'll definitely look for the truck for future local events.
A true Diamond in the Rough . I saw the food truck being setup last week and returned to purchase the Shrimp and Grits, and Chicken a Waffles for my Son. The Shrimp and Grits were awesome! Highly recommend. The Grits tasted like it came out of my Mother 's kitchen (no one I ever met cook Grits better than she could) and the Shrimp was delicious and plentiful. My Son enjoyed the Chicken and Waffles. Definitely will continue to support and explore the menu further. I encourage all to try out and continue to support small business in our area.
OMG Amazing food. Outstanding staff. Friendly people
Absolutely loved the shrimp and grits and the waffles! Terese (the owner) is wonderful! If you see this food truck, you must stop and try!
