Brookside Tavern - Dumont

My wife and I visited this restaurant with six friends, and it was just what we needed after a long workday. It had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with a few drinks and some fantastic food. I enjoyed the Knallknebel shrimp so much that I ended up ordering a second serving on a hoagie—it was absolutely delicious! The wings were spot on as well; we tried four different flavors, and everything was excellent.

I visited the restaurant on a quiet afternoon and found it to be clean and welcoming. I enjoyed a delicious cheesesteak from the kitchen.

I've been to this restaurant about eight times. I usually go in the evenings when Shannon is working, but the owner, Rich, is there during the day since they open early. You can't beat the $3 Labatt drafts. Shannon is a lot of fun to watch while she works, and Rich is always very nice. Overall, it's a great experience!

Haydyn's kitchen is new here. Food is Asian fusion. Really great.
