Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House - Dunbar

On Saturday, September 3, 2022, the late shift manager kindly corrected my order for wings. She was polite and friendly. The food was excellent!

We have ordered from several places in the Kanawha Valley, and while we're based in Charleston, we often choose to order from Dunbar for the excellent food quality and reliability of their service. If getting the order right is important to you, this is the place to go—it's, in my opinion, the most professional Gino's in terms of customer service and food quality. I make an effort to pick it up myself because I truly appreciate great service, accuracy, and quality. That is our priority.

That is probably the most rude group of employees at any gino. Eating is good, but many paints when I have convened to place an order, who always answer is so rude. I eat ginos quite in the valley and this one has the worst customer service at a distance.

Reset your times on Google and also if you can't have an order ready by noon do not offer it by noon on your online ordering. I've ran businesses and have never told a customer I can't do something. Used to be the customer was the issue but I can tell after reading all the reviews it's definitely this stores management!
