Bidra med feedbackI had a custom made wrap this morning. I repeated my order 3 to 4 times but she didn't understand. Then at that time a lady asked me repeat my order I repeated my order but the lady was Indian so she got my order. Her mic was on then they were saying to each other that I am taking 5 minutes on the drive. It is not my fault if she is not understanding my order. So when I went to the window I told the Indian lady this is my regular order every time I order the same food.. and she was very rude.. when I said that most of the time I order this. She Was saying that I have been working here for the last 2 years.. Literally serious. She is working at a drive thru till now.. very funny.. if they don't know how to treat a customer they should quit their job. I am also working in a food court and I am experienced more than her and also working more than her.
Needed tables cleared and wiped. Garbages were overflowing as per usual.
They don't turn off their internet like other Timmy's, however they have no outlets like all the other Timmy's have done....but you know the McDonald's here actually has an excellent set up for charging your devices....sorry Timmy's for giving the McDonald's a plug under your name, but hey you deserve that for removing all of your outlets inside and out.... Seems like you'd rather be a drive through only establishment.... Pity.... Such a Canadian company with such an American attitude.... Smarten up! You're in Canada! And btw you still owe me $10 for the curbside deliveries that were never made during COVID..... Quit being so cheap and pay up.....lol
We ordered from the Drive thru since looking from outside, the lobby looked liked it is closed or being pre-closed (chairs on tables.. . Service was within time for 3 drinks but not friendly (just ok...just doing their job i guess . Dark roast was lapsed..taste proves it (regular black dark roast drinker and the french vanilla with espresso tasted like the machine/canister was low or empty of french vanilla since it just tasted more like watery espresso (also a regular FV-x drinker . They must have been busy preclosing.
Although they seem to be personal, they looked like they were having fun and made a beautiful work of the service. they have efficiently penetrated their customer line
