Whataburger - Duncanville

I’ve been going to this store for over a decade now. And I don’t plan on going to a different one because this one’s close and I’m lazy. Most of the time the service is pretty good, but this time was quite slow. I understand the food scene, it can get backed up during a rush. So I was patient and waited. 30 minutes is my patiently waiting time. But once you start getting to the point where it would have been faster to go to a real restaurant, that’s an issue for me, and my hungry stomach. 41 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. They gave me a free apple pie and upgraded me to a large fry though, so I’m not mad.

This location is always short-staffed especially before 6am.. after waiting 20 minutes my food was cold...

Orders at the windows take TOO long. Fries are never well done when requested, and easy ice, please in the drink often falls on deaf ears.

Been here for years and this location never fails. They have great service, the food is great, and I never have to wait long for food. You guys do amazing work (especially today with onion rings), keep up the good work!
