Wingstop - Duncanville

I will definitely return to this restaurant. When I entered, my order was taken by Niyana who was very friendly and patient. Diary was also kind and respectful. I am impressed with their service and hope they continue their excellent work.

This is not my preferred wing spot. I typically drive 20 minutes to another restaurant for better service. I went yesterday for a large order of wings, but the portion looked like a regular size. When I mentioned this to the manager, she insisted that it was a large order. I was disappointed that they didn't even fill up the container completely. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

They literally get their own employees how to act manager! I called for an order because for one of her bones without haun was literally nothing but fried pieces I called to get a refund, but they said they could only reproduce the order, so okay I tell them for the next day because we already with another alternative on this day I called the day and the manager gets, but this time one dame catches and says she has no record. this is not the first time that we had a bad experience and I wrote a bad review, but they deserve to get the best customer service and it is not here.

Quick, you can call in your orders and pick it up in about 15 to 20 minutes

It is always an issue at this location. Either our order is wrong, it isn't ready when we arrive and we have to wait forever, we didn't get the extra condiments we paid for, we try to call in an order and they don't answer the phone.. or now, tonight we go by there to order at 8:30p and there is a handwritten sign saying they closed at 7p (instead of 11p? I give up. At this point, I will drive to the one in Cedar Hill from here out. ?
