Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - DUNCRAIG

As I've noted with other big-chain franchises they are all pretty much the same. You know exactly what the decor and menu is going to be like and what you're going to get. However, not all franchisees operate equally and on many occasions this one has been a let-down on coffee, breakfast or when I've been hanging out for an post-painting-a-bedroom afternoon burger. The staff are helpful enough but it all seems just a bit neglected in style and service for this brand.

Been here lots of times as there is a play area for the little ones which is great. Management needs to be aware of maintenance and cleaning as their staff dont seem to like doing anything except taking orders. Stop resting on your laurels

Food is usual HJ's fare, but the restaurant is very dirty. Spills on floor, napkins, food and rubbish under tables and chairs. The flies were terrible. All the tables were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a week! Gross!! Makes you wonder what goes on behind the counter. Last time we'll dine in.

Moist, succulent Chicken kabob with tender curry chicken accompanied with fresh mixed field salad

Stella is hands down the best employee at this restaurant. She always delivers my food on time, provides friendly service, and communicates well. I am grateful to her for consistently providing me with great dining experiences. Thank you, Stella!
