Filettis Pizza - Dundalk

My husband and I were long time customers of this subshop. Recently, it has taken a terrible turn. We ordered gyros and fries that were supposed to be $7.99 combo from their newly printed menu currently being distributed and still showing on the counter. They upcharged up from 16.00 to 21.16. The gyros are the worse we have ever tasted when we got home. I was so upset that I called and asked for the manager. Brianna stated that all menus are subject to change, but in my opinion, you only change when you can inform the public. This is a bait and switch of not following advertised pricing. It should be illegal for them to get you into the store and then charge whatever they want. I will report them to the Office of the Attorney General, but wanted others to know that they will change your price to whatever they feel like and not tell you to give you options to leave, reorder something else, etc. When I called the manager, she was unsympathic and unapologentic which left me wondering what happened to keeping long time customers happy and customer service. Shame on them. Please don't go here.

I ordered subs and pizza tonight it was horrible I would give a zero rating if I could pizza was burnt and subs was burnt I won't be ordering from here again

Best place for a cheesesteak sub but don't deliver but kind of a good thing I would order every day if that was the case

Fred and his staff makes the best subs and pizza. The Italian dishes are really good too.

I ordered the sampler platter, the onion rings were horribly burnt, the mozzarella sticks were so over cooked they had no cheese in them, and everything was thrown together in a box of grease. Highly disappointed
