Mcdonald's - Dundalk

This McDonalds is very hit or miss. Some days the food is hot, fresh and crispy. Other days it?s cold and soggy. Don?t ask for anything special, chances are it won?t get made right, at least in my experience. They are often out of one thing or another. And I?m pretty sure the ice cream machine spends more time broken than working. This has always seemed like a very poorly run location.

The sassy lady at the counter is a must see. She was great, happy pleasant and fun. Great attitude, you can tell the workers enjoy their job. This establishment has a sense of community as well. They stopped the promotion I enjoyed but were glad to.offer me another great deal. They were fast, good and cheap.a very rare trio.

Bigger eat in area than most other McDonald's that I have been to. Big parking lot too with ample handicap parking. The drive thru doesn't seem to move real fast, I actually have just been parking and walking in and it's definitely quicker. Employees are pleasant and store is kept clean!

Recently renovated and looks great inside! The drive-thru service is quick. Highly recommended!

I’m glad to see that McDonald's is being rebuilt, which is wonderful. However, I believe it's time to make some changes at the staff and management level. They seem to be the main issue with this location.
