Bidra med feedbackI have tried several menu items at The Wingery including the wings, Sloppy Parm sandwich, boneless bites, wedge fries, and sweet potato fries. In my experience, the wings at The Wingery rank fourth out of the five places I have tried. While the wings were larger than average, I found the meat to be tough. Additionally, the serving sizes are smaller compared to other places that serve wings by weight. The Sloppy Parm sandwich was nothing special or memorable. The boneless bites had stringy meat, but the Mild BBQ sauce was tasty. I did not try any of the other sauces. However, I did enjoy the wedge and sweet potato fries. The Wingery is a take-out restaurant with slightly higher prices compared to other fast food establishments. Overall, I believe there are better options available elsewhere for the same price or less.
I ordered Cajun wings with hot sauce added, hoping for extra sauciness, but unfortunately they were lacking in that department. The restaurant only offers wings without any drumettes, which we typically prefer for a better mix. The service from the girl on the phone was slow and she seemed unsure about the product. Additionally, they charge extra for blue cheese and the dish doesn't come with celery or carrots. The taste was mediocre at best. We usually go to Right Wingers for our wing fix, but decided to try this place out. However, we found that it costs more and you get less, and the quality doesn't match up to Right Wingers. Overall, we'll stick to Right Wingers for our next wing craving.
We love chicken. We love deep-fried chicken. The Wingery is new to Dundas and a great addition to a dilapidated strip mall.We have tried many menu items with the fav being the boneless wings. On the pricey side, but we get The Wingery as a treat. I have never finished a sandwich from there. I have tried three sandwiches, all tasting pretty much the same. Sandwiches are way too big. The breast of chicken is way too thick, so I have always cut it into it just to make sure it is cooked all the way through. I wish they would trim the fatty cartilage part, I don't order sandwiches from there just because of that. It is just gross to bite into. We have also tried: perogies =OKregular wings = way too saucysandwiches = the amount of marinara sauce they put on the sandwiches makes you need to add extra sauce for $1 = not worth itsalads: coleslaw = blandmacaroni = interesting, sweet with a light kick. turned off at first, but ate the entire container myselfgrilled chicken ceasar = disgusting! seriously.... even Swiss Chalet and East Side Mario's know that hot chicken doesn't belong on a cold salad especially when it's being sent out for delivery. Dinner turned out to be a steamed romaine lettuce bowl of grossness.Boneless wings = great crunch, slightly over fried expect on one occasion (out of 6 visits)
I stumbled upon this restaurant after shopping at Dollarama, which is located in the same plaza.
