Hardee's - Dundee

Another poke county fast food restaurant does not open says it is open at 6 on people through the drive-through alert outside to the parking space that no one inside does not advertise this location or others.

This is cruel! bad customer service. this is the third night in a row where I arrived at this location dundee before 10 o'clock and they are already closed. yesterday I wait in the car thru, there were several cars in the line. As soon as I got to the phone system, no employee has confirmed us. it was only when there were 5 cars in the line, a hired man ran out and started screaming to all that they were closed. today I moved to the drive around 19:45. after 10 minutes I wait in the window to see that the personal packs itself food. once again I was ignored and they were closed before their specified hours! this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I experienced. the owners should be ashamed of how to use them.

If there was a way to leave negative ones- I would. Nothing like overpriced overprocessed (albeit tasty) food eaten in a teeny tiny place that is very much in need of a good cleaning. Don't even get me started about the restrooms- no paper towels, no toilet paper filth everywhere. In the aftermath of Covid, you would think people would show a little bit more effort to promote cleanliness.

Not bad at all. Fries were hot and fresh. Burgers pretty good as well. At least the lobby was open not closed like a Burger King we when first after a while on the drive thru we left. Definitely we'll be back .
