Segafredo Caffe 9wells - Dundee City

I've never seen a worse place to work before. they do not care about their employees and are unorganized and unprofessional. the prizes are ridiculous. I had been happy because I was served by a very nice young man who was extremely polite and helpful, but worked... really hard alone trying to serve a long line of customers. I hate places that do not care about the people who work for them. if they are understaffed, is probably their fault that people will leave the place and not want to work there, so they will not cry about it.

Are still 3 weeks here. and 4or 5 drinks per day hot choco £ 2.40 for a cup. a tenner per day over £70.00 per week. for 3 weeks good £210.00. omg iwent to go home.

Overpriced..one example is 3.50 for a doughnut bad choice of food, cramped untidy sitting area. a captured public

Having a family member taken to hospital for a serious condition staying there most of the night and Into afternoon. Safe to say that cups of tea and a toastie was in order. I chose a cheese and tomato toastie and at over £4 I...got an unbuttered slice of bread with 3 thin slices of tomato on it. I cannot find anything at all that resembles a bit of cheese !!! Absolute daylight robbery. And having waited for 15 minutes it wasn’t that hot. See attached photo

I knew about this cafe from the last time i came to Ninewells, as i had time on my hands during waiting to do my paperwork, and although you get a tray for your purchase, for hot food the staff will bring it over. The...Second time i only had time for a coffee and a Bacon Roll before my Extraction, but i would not want to keep coming to 9Wells as it is very Cramped.
