Hutong - Dunedin

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Every dish was bursting with flavor and truly authentic. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere; although it's small, the quality of the food is exceptional.

A beautiful little place with some great food! The subplate sections were on small size, but they were delicious! We also had a service of beef Rendang, loved that it came automatically with rice. Service was great and location had plenty of parking in the surrounding streets. We're just visiting Dunedin who sucks because I'd definitely come back.

Fish Steak is delicious... the chili is sooo hot...

Sent back the prawn crackers as they were cold and stale, only to get more of the same. Honey sauce chicken sickly and unpleasant. Decor nice, but food not so. Have a look at for somewhere else, no shortage of competition.

We had a recommendation to keep this restaurant so far that we are throttled. Upon arrival we had a look at the menu and it looked good, the place was clean, staff friendly and very busy. Then the food... it was just stunning. Fresh, delicious and varied. All we had was top Notch, but the Shanghai dumplings with Panang Curry sauce were from this world. I'd go back for these beauties. All in all a great experience and we are sure to return.
