The Bog - Dunedin

It’s wonderful to be back at this place and reminisce. The atmosphere is still fantastic for celebrating after watching the Highlanders vs. Hurricanes rugby game at Forsyth Barr Stadium. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed a wonderfully cooked lamb shank dinner accompanied by a couple of delightful ciders. However, the main dish could have benefited from some additional green hot vegetables—our young server seemed to misunderstand the distinction between a cold salad and hot veggies. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, and I would definitely recommend the food menu. – Steve Franklin, Rotorua

The food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. The pub had a wonderful atmosphere, though it could benefit from an interior update.

Friendly staffs. Place has a bit worn out and needs a bit of cleaning. Food's portion were huge. Enough for sharing. Taste was acceptable. Pricing for food was very reasonable for the portion size

Went there twice and cant recommend the bog in dunedin more. nicest staff. i knocked my drink over, they offered me another one for free which i declined and they gave me one anyway. best staff ever
