Great service at Noble Cuisine, Dunfermline menu not marked with intolerance options, but when waitress was made aware she was able to advise what was suitable or not. I was gutted that salt+chilli ribs wouldn't be gf as she said they have flour in the coating, but she went and asked chef if he could do anything. Came back to tell me he'd make me a special portion and they were amazing ! as was the kung po chicken with gf fried rice

I had a fantastic experience at Noble Cuisine in Dunfermline. While the menu didn't specify options for food intolerances, the waitress was very helpful and took the time to inform me about what was suitable for my needs. I was initially disappointed to learn that the salt and pepper ribs weren’t gluten-free due to flour in the coating. However, upon hearing my concerns, the waitress checked with the chef, who kindly offered to prepare a special dish for me. The ribs turned out to be amazing! I also enjoyed the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. Overall, great service and delicious food!
