Moy Fayre - Dungannon

The bouncers at the restaurant were extremely aggressive and unpleasant. My friends and I waited in line for nearly an hour, along with many others, without any explanation from the staff. Despite people leaving, the bouncers refused to let anyone else in. The atmosphere was not enjoyable at all, and we ultimately decided to give up and go to the public bar at the front of Ryan Dale. Be cautious at the bar, as the staff have been known to make mistakes with change. The staff at Ryan Dale should work on their manners and remember that customers are essential to their business. Our night out was ruined by this experience, and we have no intention of returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

We arrived at Ryandale bar at 7:25pm on Thursday, November 28th. The bar had a cheerful atmosphere with comfortable seating and a mix of diners and drinkers. We asked the bartender about dining options and were directed to the restaurant. Inside, we were initially ignored as the staff were attending to other tasks. After waiting for a while, we were eventually greeted by a staff member at reception and seated in the bar area. Despite trying to order from the early bird menu, we were informed that it was too late. We waited for over half an hour for service, but no staff returned to take our order. Despite the restaurant not being busy and plenty of available tables, the lack of customer service and managerial oversight was evident. It seemed like the staff were not properly supervised, leading to a disappointing experience for us.

I have dined at this restaurant many times and usually have a good experience. The menu doesn't offer anything too adventurous, but they are known for their great steaks. However, my recent experience with the chicken Maryland was disappointing. The bacon seemed old and barely cooked, and the chicken was dry. I had to ask for sauce to try and salvage the meal. No one checked in on us during our meal, and our plates were not cleared. After waiting for a while, we decided to pay and leave. When I mentioned my meal to the server, the response was dismissive. Overall, this experience won't deter me from returning, but it has made me consider spending my money elsewhere.
