Cook Out - Dunn

Unfortunately, the food we attempted to order was not of good quality. Our experience at the drive-thru started off smoothly until we reached the speaker. After waiting for 15 minutes and honking the horn multiple times, we finally got someone's attention. Despite being told that they were short-staffed, we decided not to place an order and left feeling frustrated. The service was slow and disorganized, with only two people working at one drive-thru window and several others waiting in line. This experience left us with no desire to return to this restaurant in the future.

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant. Their BLTs are the best, and the fries are delicious. I really enjoy their pink lemonade as well. The customer service is always excellent, which is a priority for me when dining out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service and delicious food at Cookout restaurant. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a wonderful dining experience. The menu had a wide selection of delicious options at reasonable prices, and the food quality was outstanding. Whether it was the flavorful burgers or the delectable milkshakes, every dish was a delight. I highly recommend Cookout to anyone in search of delicious food and excellent service.

Food was great. Just a quick stop for lunch, well worth it.
