Something despised. we always come to conscious longing when we come to dunsborough, it was always a great atmosphere. but his definates. most menus were meat with a few token vegan dishes. they still make crispy cabinet of raw desert. no vegan croissants or acacia bowls or cabinets full of vegan wraps, queensadillas and tofu scramble. it is all gone and was replaced by a menu of cheese and ham toasties, grass fed bark, huh etc. the opposite to the beautiful back gardens was closed, although it is a beautiful sunny 19-20 grade day. perfect for soaking in the sun. the vegan burger/toastia was really delicious, fast and piping hot to come and the personal was really nice and friendly. only confused that they are getting aware of their business, but really aren't very aware anymore!
They are no longer exclusively a vegetarian restaurant; while they still offer some vegan dishes, they also serve meat.
I’m so glad we discovered this restaurant! We moved on to breakfast, and it was incredible. The atmosphere is fantastic, the charming backyard is a great touch, and the food is delicious. I will definitely be coming back! (Updated from the previous review on December 21, 2019.)
Some friends recommended that I check out this place, so I decided to stop by during a road trip from Perth to Esperance and back! I ordered the "ham and cheese" croissant along with the almond croissant. Everything is plant-based, and I believe they offer eggs on request. The savory croissant was absolutely incredible—I've never had one this delicious since becoming vegan! And the atmosphere of the venue is simply beautiful!
