Don't go here. This location is HORRIBLE. The employees are nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about it. This is supposed to be a fast food establishment--it is not. I sat at the speaker for 16min before someone took my order. They kept says we'll be with you soon but I sat there for way too long. I went back the next day and experience the same extended wait time. The staff has ZERO sense of urgency and it shows in all aspects. The person today did not speak to me when I arrived at the window. She was more interested in turning away from the window and carrying on her conversation than handing me my bag of food. I had to lean out of my car and in thru the drive thru window to take my bag out of her hand.
WOW!!!! Don't bother horrendous service they absolutely do not care!!!! An embarrassment to the Trademark of Burger King!!! Employees close this location whenever they feel like you can tell they just don't want to do anything. Why do you then work for Burger King??! All these businesses suffering from loss of major revenue number one reason employees like the ones at this very Burger King are a huge contributing factor to your loss of business revenue stream!!! Sad what the entire Franchise Fast Food Restaurant industry has to deal with.
Poor customer service. Manager needs training. The attendant who took our order didn't put in the coupon code and hand to call the manager. When the manager came to the front, she made a smart remark by saying that WE should have told the rep that we were using a coupon before the order was taken. Very nasty attitude, we left.
