Carver Brewing Company - Durango

The server at Carvers in Durango was highly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The food, particularly the sandwich, was one of the best I've had in a long time. Despite the numerous restaurant choices in DFW, the best meal I've had recently was at Carvers.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was amazing and the beer selection was fantastic. It was a nice treat to have a beer with breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

Finding a beer garden in Durango was a bonus! The server was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name (the check said Alora, but it doesn't sound familiar). The local brews were fantastic, especially the double IPA. The food was also excellent - the artichoke dip and brisket sandwich were delicious, although the stuffed mushrooms were just okay. If you're in town, I highly recommend this spot!

Great place...great food, great beers, Alex was a great server, the giant pretzel is to die for.

We took a group of 37 in for lunch and the service was amazing...the food and beer were even better! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious lunch in Durango.
