¡Excelente servicio! La comida es increíble, el queso es artesanal y los platos están en otro nivel. El postre, viznaga, es delicioso. La sal es artesanal y muy saludable, hecha con la piel de la víbora.

If you want to visit durango and sample some of the excellent local duranguense cuisine at a reasonable price, I recommend this restaurant! Some of the recipes they use here come from centuries. the manager was very friendly, and he took the time to explain to me some of the dishes and their strata. the caldillo duranguense was delicious, although the weather was a bit warm for the suppe. I ordered two desserts and they were both incredibly the chilled biznaga custard and the walnut cheese cake. wow, they were extraordinary!

This restaurant has authentic durango mealtimes at very favorable prices. mauricio is a full of knowing about local cuisine. I highly recommend it.

Este restaurante no le pide nada al Pujol, pero comes por 1/15 de allá. Quedé muy impresionada con este lugar de comida típica duranguense, sin excentricidades, con sabor a casa; recetas tradicionales pero para muchos novedosas, curadas por la dueña; ingredientes artesanales y una pasión por rescatar los platillos prehispánicos de la región. El servicio maravilloso, llegamos 5 minutos antes del cierre y aún así nos recibieron y fuimos atendidos por el dueño, que nos explicó su cuidadosa selección de ingredientes y proveedores, además de detalles de las recetas. Soy de fuera y me llevo un grato sabor de Durango.
