Chick-fil-a - Durham

I wish I could multiply this as 5 stars with a million! this is the best restaurant, fast eating or whatever u choose, as far as customer service goes. everyone, I mean, everyone is wonderful and nice and helpful. it is extremely rare to have a confused order and when it happens it is fixed immediately. Moreover, they are the busiest kicherbse around my opposite by far and they can move the cars faster than any restaurant I've ever been! I can't say enough about the customer service and was faster. After all, it's just great to eat here. I never have a bad meal or experience here please keep this management and the personal for ever. pay them!

I love this Chick-fil-A and have gone here probably 10?20 times. And have never had any problems. However the last 3 times I visited they have forgotten something. I don?t usually check the bag here, but now I will start having too. Very disappointing.

Chick Fil A use to definitely get high marks for me, but prior to them closing and since they re-opened, service is not good! I order the same thing REGULARLY. Grilled chicken club combo (no bun) w/ pepperjack cheese with salad add red pepper flakes, papitas, and the tortilla strips. Sometimes I get the bun. Every time I have to ask for my salad toppings because they're never in the bag EVEN after I have asked and received multiple confirmation that it is. Their biggest problem now...the parking lot! They've changed the traffic pattern. Now, when you get your order, you are stuck waiting for the people who are waiting to place an order. You use to just drive around in a complete circle and be on your way. I live 2 minutes away. I work from home. Took me 20 minutes! If you all are going to remodel AND pay $15.00 an hour, atleast get back to the standards you had that should've earned you a 5 star!

Something about my salad was different. Not bad, just different. New packaging, few or less ingredients, something missing maybe?? I'm not sure. Maybe it was my taste buds. Out of one of my favorite items which happens more often on my visits. But the great customer service and constant checking up on you and cleaning around you made up for it I guess. It was a little overwhelming inside. Maybe because I prefer a little privacy so I can enjoy my food. Everybody's different. I'll probably stick to drive thru from now on. Still a great location. I'd definitely go back again after months have passed.

Great drive thru; very efficient. Sandwiches and fries fresh and hot. 4 stars because the pickles were smashed or chopped up....definitely different, on both our sandwiches. With that being said, we enjoyed our meal and not a crumb left.
