Chuck E. Cheese - Durham

I called on 8/9/22 and ask to speak to a manger about bringing some of my students to a mega party VIP for 8/13/22. I just wanted my girls to have a great bonding time and make some memories. The manger on duty name is Sylvia. Sylvia wouldn't talk tome. Sylvia brushed me off like she didn't care. I heard how she acted/talked to the worker about me. Very unprofessional of herto do so in my opinon. She told the worker to tell me to look online. The worker tried to give her the phone to better help me.The worker even told Sylvia that she need her to talk to me to help answer my questions. But that didn't matter. The workershould be the manger and not Sylvia. I think this was just an awful experience and I never even made it inside the facility. Somy advice for anyone who wants to go don't go if Sylvia is working. I don't want anyone to go through what I did. I never writereviews but I felt that I needed to this time. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Just sad!!

100% sanitation score! The area was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although it’s smaller than other locations, this is now the only Chuck E. Cheese we will visit from now on.

Absolutely outstanding service! Chris (the manager) and Liyah were incredible during our field trip. I had some concerns about how well things would be organized, especially since we booked for a group of 10 kids just two days before our arrival and would be arriving right at opening time. However, they exceeded all my expectations. The facility was spotless and had a pleasant smell, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, and everything was in perfect order for our arrival. The manager was very attentive and readily accommodated the children's special dairy needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The service and hospitality were exceptional. Kidz Kamp Drop In Care will definitely be returning to this location!

This is the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I've ever visited, and it has an excellent selection of games. My child had an amazing time. Chris, the manager, was incredibly friendly and assisted us wonderfully in organizing our birthday party. I highly recommend this location!

What happened to the play and tube area? It has been taken out, so now it's just arcade games.
