Del Rancho - Durham

Ernesto and his staff do a wonderful job with catering. We had a big order of chicken enchiladas, cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice and chips with salsa. This was an order for 200 people, and every tray was piping hot! Not only were the portions generous, but our guests raved about the enchiladas. The rice stayed hot and was yummy. The chips and Salsa perfect. I wish I had a jar to take home some of that perfect salsa! The staff even helped load up the car. Thank you for making our school event a success. You always want people saying how good the food was! I recommend Del Rancho 100% and 5 stars. Great food and customer service.

I highly recommend this restaurant without any hesitation. I have seen other reviews, and I acknowledge that everyone's experience may vary. Perhaps I was fortunate to visit on a night when the kitchen, customer service, and drink suggestions were exceptional. Regardless, I will definitely be coming back with the expectation of another wonderful dining experience. If it happens to fall short, I will assume it was just an off day for this establishment.

The service and waitress were terrible. We had to request silverware and she rudely slammed our drinks on the table. The queso cheese dip was watery and the margaritas were weak. We waited over an hour for our meal, while others who arrived after us were served first. We ultimately decided to leave without eating. The staff offered no apologies and overcharged us for the margaritas and queso. We will not be returning to this restaurant and recommend trying other nearby options.

Order through Door Dash and it was confirmed. The status showed preparing your order well past the estimated delivery. Called the restaurant and was told that branch was CLOSED!!! Did not offer to fix but to call back in 30 minutes to talk to the manager. How do you confirm an order when a restaurant is closed SINCE LAST YEAR!?! My account was charged, as well...never received food. I would give negative stars if I could.

Avoid ordering from this restaurant on Doordash. Prior to placing an order for delivery, I regret not checking the Google Reviews first. The phone number listed for this location is fraudulent and it appears that someone is deceiving customers.
