Mez - Durham

The food was amazing! We especially loved the side dishes. My wife ordered the ribeye and was very happy with it. The shrimp were delicious as well. We love dining at Mez so much that we chose to celebrate our 43rd anniversary there. It's my top choice for dining in the triangle area!

It appeared as though the staff either wanted to hurry us out so they could close, or they were rushing to turn over tables quickly. It was frustrating dining at 7:30pm. Margo's dishes were decent, but on the pricier side. The carnitas were fine, but nothing extraordinary. Perhaps it would be a better experience for lunch.

The food was delicious. I appreciate the fact that from Monday to Thursday, you can get tacos at the bar for just $3. And let me tell you, they are really flavorful!

Friendly service and the best guacamole around . Warm chips delicious, not too salty. Huge serving. Husband loved the house margarita and my wine was a large pour. Brisket and chicken tings quesadilla were great. Leftovers were too!

Great location, good Mexican style food. Their roasted corn avocado salad is excellent.
