Noodle 501 - Durham

The Shrimp Tempura (4 Pcs) is AMAZING! Best tempura and only tempura I will eat in Durham. The Yellow Curry Noodle is good but make sure you add atleast mild spice or it will be very bland. Only complaint I have is that it is a bit over priced and sometimes bags are not checked for takeout and wrong orders are given. Overall a 4 out of 5 because the people who work there seem nice and to try their best.

I love Tonkotsu Ramen but Ive started getting it here and its amazing! They can even make it spicy and I love spicy too!

The Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious, and exactly what I needed while feeling under the weather today.

Gyoza Dumplings (5 Pcs) were perfectly crispy and the Kimchi Tofu Ramen was spicier than I expected (I got 3) but it was also delicious! Will definitely order again!
