Shanghai - Durham

This is the nearest Chinese restaurant to Duke. While it isn't spicy enough for my taste, the flavors are spot on. However, the General Tso's chicken isn't crispy, resulting in soggy breading.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The food tasted fresh and didn’t seem frozen at all. The lo mein was definitely a highlight!

It's a lovely local spot worth supporting. The food exceeded my expectations and is a dependable option for enjoying Chinese cuisine with friends or for takeout. The restaurant is quite spacious, so there's usually a table available, and there's plenty of parking.

Super friendly staff, excellent prices, delicious food and tea! No wait even though they were quite busy. The line of take out orders on the counter showed this is a local favorite for take-away too.

Today Christmas. Crazy busy ! Waited 30 min for 5 of us. Food was extra delicious today. Service was as best as possible. Everything was great again !!
